One of the most popular and beautiful areas on the mainland opposite Corfu are the Syvota Islands and the beautiful bays and beaches that lie along their coast.

  • We leave the port of Gouvia as the sun shimmers on the sea and sail down past the small islands of Vidos and Lazareto before seeing the stunning protector of Corfu town, the old fortress, on our port side.

  • We pick up speed slightly and move away from the coastline, but still follow it. We pass the stunning Mouse Island as we begin to see the open waters ahead of us. We cross diagonally over to the mainland and reach the popular town of Sivota in just over an hour.

  • The islands that make up Sivota are very close to the mainland, and among them are the unique and beautiful bays of “Diapori” and “Bella Vraka”. These bays are only accessible by boat.

  • The breathtaking Blue Lagoon, where Arab pirates are said to have moored their ships in the Middle Ages, is ‘must-see’. The bay bears the name "Pisina".

  • The water in this magical place has a turquoise colour and is ideal for snorkelling and frolicking. Of course, the magnificent natural scenery makes the place even more majestic while you enjoy a refreshing drink in the sun.

  • As we leave this pool-like bay, we continue on to the next bays, each more beautiful than the last, giving your day a Caribbean feel and ensuring you have a

  • the crystal-clear, turquoise water is perfect for swimming, but also for lazing in the sun.

  • If you wish, we can sail along the picturesque coastline to the beach of Megali Ammos, perfect for anchoring in the deep water, or we can explore the other hidden treasures between the islands, such as the coves of “Zeri” and “Zavia”.
